As far as times..... I will be there from Open till 3:45 Saturday and from open to close on Sunday.

As an attendee, we will provide you (1) 6’ table, plastic table cover and two chairs for your display.  We ask that your table top display not be higher than 2’- 3’.  We have power outlets should you require them.  Please let me know if you do.  For set-up please enter the store through the Employee Entrance on the right side (west side) of the building any time after 7:30am.  There will be a sign-in station with name tags and an informational folder for each group.  This folder will contain your Retail Vendor Agreement, Lunch Coupons, Vendor Discount Cards and a directional map.  These folders will be specific to each group so make sure you find the correct one.

You can leave your table display up Saturday when you leave. On Sunday please enter through the front of the store when we open at 9:00am.  Vendor name badges will need to be left at your table if you plan to have different workers on Sunday.  We ask that you plan to stay until 3:00pm Sunday afternoon.
This is a direct reply from Macy, the coordinator so this is the info I have...... She is on Maternity Leave now and I am getting no reply's from the replacement person....... Karl, I would bring a demo member handbook but no hand out books... We can have cards with meeting place listings and I will be there Early Saturday to try and get our location in the Bass Gear section. If you have a chair you like bring it as they have folding chairs. I will bring some Duct Tape for the banners and maybe a laptop for videos, demos etc.

What kind of materials do we need to bring to this?  Tournament schedule, handbook, membership forms,other club info, for this?

I can be there early Saturday.  My daughter has a volleyball tournament in Tacoma early Saturday through most of Saturday, so being at Cabelas early Saturday, and through most of Saturday, would work for me.  Do we have times and people setup for Saturday and Sunday?
