bing maps has some pretty good images of the river and you can see some shallow areas in various parts of the river. I wont be making it, but I wish you luck mr. payseno

I guess you're correct John- it seems like there's no map to be found of this area. I guess I'll just have to pray a lot before the tournament so I don't rip up my lower unit on some unmarked hazard in the middle of the river.

I was wondering if anyone knows if there's a map chip of the Pend Orielle River showing contours, hazards. landmarks etc etc. I have both the "Fishing Hot Maps" and a "Navionics" map chips but neither one of them covers this area- The only area of the river the map covers is the area near Albeni Falls.
