Rodney, they were about a pound and a half in stump fields on small cranks at dusk.   Plastics did not work for me.      Thanks Guys!

Sorry for the delay and I'm certainly not an expert on bass but I've usually had some pretty good success near the Rocky Point area. I've typically picked up a few smallies around there on Rapala X-Raps but I'm sure plastics will do the trick as well,I just rarely use them....I'm still learning and I'm a bit slow Cheesy

From the launch facing the water go to the left fish the 3 bays for LM You will see a road that runs into the water it goes out deep just stay on that for SM Lizards are key on that lake & you will see lot of them swimming around. I used spinner baits around the logs also. There are some big crappie in that lake. No need to run around just stick to those spots most the rest of the lake is too deep.

I don't know areas.  I have been there once, within the last 2 months in my small boat.  About all the advice I can give is if you see shallow wood stump cover of any kind, throw to it before you get to close.  No matter how small that stuff is, they are there, I spooked enough to figure that out.   Cool
