I'll see you there Rodney. Should I rent an ice auger? Dan C
I've got a good ice auger that hasn't seen ice in some time.

Dear Kevin B, Dude, Just because it's the middle of December, don't assume you have to be in 50 ft of water. I know of 3 spots where you can catch fish on tubes in 25 feet or less in the dead of winter. That is no BS. GRASS, GRASS, GRASS. If you find the living grass in the winter, you WILL find keeper Smallmouth. Hint Hint

Kevin, the "Western Bass Club" was the only organized club in the United States dealing exclusively with Bass, Crappie, Perch and other spiny ray fish. Perch fishing is well with in the long standing historical reasons this club was founded. This is a monthly fish-in, so lets put some fish in the boat. Perch tacos do taste good!

I'll have to check my schedule. I'd like to attend but I have zero skill at bass fishing in the depths...unless we change target species to perch
