Hey Kevin, to "live" on the dock is better then being in the dog house.   Cool

Not a problem. I'm typically dink'n around the baitshop a few times a month in the off season.
When its fishing season,I might as well bring a sleeping bag and live on the dock Cool

I onced used a galvinized nail cut to length with my side cutters, in fact that nail was still in it when I sold that trolling motor years ago.

I fabricated one from a Rivet shaft several weeks ago @ Coulee Playland for a slimer guy fishing rufus woods.

www.jonestrollingmotor.com is a great source for ANY parts for Minn Kota motors. A very knowledgeable guy with reasonable prices and normally a great turn-around on orders. I have bought motherboards, foot pedals and packs of spare pins and also the "wing-nuts" to replace the original standard nuts.... I keep a couple of spares in the boat.

Here's a link to Minn Kota's page for those accessories.

It broke but looks like it was bent As though the previous owner over tighten the nut & bent it Funny cause I felt it vibrating at the team tourney I thought I had some fishing line stuck in there Good thing it lasted the rest of the tourney. I don't need it in a huge hurry I think I can take the one out of my little boat. If I go to the November fish in then that would be the next time I plan on taking the boat out winter sucks.

I'm not sure where they can be purchased, however,I have a very part time job at a boat rental outfit
at Lake Kapowsin,we have tons of these things and I can grab you one. How quick do you need it?
Just curious, was the pin completly broke or more of a severe bend?
