fished that spot first thing in the morning as I caught fish on it about a month ago just a little shallower.

Not bad guys. I was shocked when Daryl told me the water was still in the low 60's. I figured, if I had fished it, I was going straight for 35+ feet. Biy would I have been wrong.

Troy did you try the spot we caught are fish in the Freeze Your Bass Off? Just wondering how deep they actually were if at all. I did hear there was a few largies caught.

Good job though guys.

I agree with Troy, it was a fun event to fish. Some of us even did pretty good in the raffle.  Wink  We had a a little on the side trading of the raffle loot.  Cheesy

top club honors went to thomas and mark for a 9.5+ bag of fish.  This was good for third biggest bag overall.  I'm not exagerating when I say I've never seen sammamish fish that tough.  First overall for the clubs was capital city with only 5+ lbs per team.  Me and Brian fished all day hard and only had three bites one smally one trout and I missed one on a dropshot that may have been another trout.  biggest stringer weighed in was only like 11lbs.

This event is pretty fun to fish with little stress and a small entry fee.  I would like to see our club participating in future events as well.
