I may have to join next year. Looks like fun and maybe Acura of Seattle can help sponsor the event.

Thank all of you WBCers for helping make this such a great day for so many people. You guys and gals really stepped up! You helped put a lot of smiles on the faces of a lot of folks. You all saw them on the kids, but sometimes we miss the smiles on the parents faces. This is a big deal to them too. Being able to see their kids have such a fun and exciting time is very special to them. And you made it happen!
Way to Go!! I am proud to be associated with special people like you.

I fished with Melissa and her Great-Uncle John (same folks as last year). We had kept in contact through the year. Melissa caught a few small perch and a couple of small smallies. Uncle John got a perch and a smallie. Big fish was slightly over 1lb, and it was Melissa's perch!!!
We may have a convert, Uncle John wants to go out and try some more serious bassin'.... he's hooked!

I too had a great little girl, Michelle, who could really catch fish! She was catching them so fast I had to pull off of the school of perch long enough to tie her personal little rod up that she brought with her. She pulled in well over 20 perch and one small mouth bass. It was a fun day and very rewarding for all of us envolved.

Jose and I took out the sweetest little girl, Amelia, and her mom. They got there late, so we only had a little over an hour to fish. Luckily, we started right in the middle of a ball of perch and she caught her first fish in the first two minutes. She caught 8 perch and her mom caught another 4, so they took home enough for a good dinner. Thank you Jim, for giving us this opportunity to serve our community. Great work Western Bass, as we had about 12 boats there and ready to participate.
This is one of the many things that make this club great.

For my part, I want make sure that they know how many people they can fit. My layout allows for 2 kids and an adult in addition to me. With the flat floor layout I might even be able to handle a wheelchair if I can pry the post seat from the floor (hasn't been removed for a few years.
... and Lunds are awesome.

What is the deal with everyone mentioning the kind of boat they have? Does it really matter? I will be there in MY boat with room for plenty of fish and a GIANT smile from the little one that I am fortunate enough to take out.....
