that a way phil! in phils defense however i would have to say having to run the boat in rough water could have left him at a slight disadvantage . thanks for the info glen i was excited to fish it, and was gonna run way upriver but things just didnt work in my favor to make this one.

Me thinks this thread is yet another example of why I just can't bring myself to join a club again. By the way if anyone would like a guide of sorts on that body of water I have won a couple of events there myself. I won't charge a dime either. Hell I just would like to go fishing. I might even pay you. Then you could tell everyone that you are the guide not the guided. (Just two cents from the misdirected and unguided)
By the way damn I love that picture Russ. Mind if I use that for my own personal declaration at some point in time?

Phil,
That comment or statement is way too much of the above for me.

Hey Guys and Gals, Make no mistake I wanted to kick my sons butt as the rest of ya. Personally I want to win every event I enter but I have fun fishing at the same time.
Byran has done it on his own, well except for locations maybe and lure selection and where to throw the lure and how to present the lure and oh yea, netting of course and you get the picture. and I still want to beat him but he keeps catching the fish.
I am conceeding contro for Chelan because it wouldn't be right at this point to not let him have the opportunity to win Angler of the Year.
Glenn and Keri nice job on the Columbia!

Sorry I couldn't attend. My two potential partners bailed on me and not having someone to split expenses with makes it tougher. Especially running the river where I usually run a lot. By the looks of the results the fishing must have been tough.

I must not be related to the Obama crowd or something because this has been taken way out of context.

Phil,
Just fun fishing with the family on Wapato and late Sunday on Chelan with two sunbathers floating buy me while I took a fatherless kid out from the neighborhood to show him how to fish.
Making my contribution to get more kids out fishing.

Hey to each his own. I would love to see the Hudgens team win AOY.
No sour grapes here. I think its awesome that a father is helping his son to make that goal and the Mays at one time used a guide service to better there chances on a body of water they were not familiar with.
Hey I wish we all could utilize some kind of help in our fishing experiences.
We become better anglers that way.

Nice one Russell. Now I know how you do it. Oh and where were you? Prefishing with a guide for Chelan maybe?
