Ya it was fun being done early Sunday, and what Troy said was true NW Bass takes a lot of time but I agree with Russ for $20.00 you can’t buy a better time than a WBC tournament....

would love to fish the club tourneys, but been trying to focus on NWBASS this year.  a weekend to prefish and a weekend for the tourney definetely fills up the schedule quick.

I can say one thing is that WBC tournaments get more fun every time I attend them. On friday night I laughed so hard it put tears in my eyes after a few jokes with Steve Hastings/Jack/Angie/Mark Brown/Henry. The motor home was filled with laughter.

Where can you go to have this much fun for $20 entry fee, $100 for gas?

Had a great time this weekend.  I haven't fished Banks since 2004.  It was like fishing a new body of water for the first half of Saturday, then it all started coming back.  Sunday was awesome.  Limit by 6:30 and two hail mary fish at 12:45.  What a rush.  It was also great having my wife there.  She just relaxed, fished occasionally, slept, read books and slept a little more.  Nice relaxing weekend without the kids for both of us.  How good is this lake if we could actually bring in LM's.  I quit fishing for them after the 2nd 15.5 inch fish and having to throw it back. UGH!  

Great job again, Phil, for running a smooth tourney.  I could tell it was a little stressful with the other "T" going on at the same time.

Fishing was tuff for most. Dover had his sunday limit by 6 am.

Yes, the club will be competing during the TBF qualifiers.  So figure about 60 to 70 boats total trying to launch between Western and the TBF guys.  So give your selves a little extra time.

I'm assuming we are launching at Coulee Playland. Did anyone ever think about the Northrup launch since most run south anyhow? Figured it would be the gas friendly launch spot.

Drivers meeting for for Saturday morning will be 4:45 a.m. Blastoff as soon as everyone is floating. Drivers meeting will include a livewell check.
