As many of you know this is the 30th Anniversary of the Potholes Open and 122 teams this year will be competing for those elusive first place jackets and trophies as well as $2000 in cash and prizes.

I hope that each and everyone one of you that are participating in this event give a heartfelt thanks to those that have dedicated themselves to putting this very succesful event on the last 30 years. People that we should thank are Opal and Gary Lamar, Tom Tweed, and Ken Kernan.

I count myself quite fortunate in fishing this great event the last 16 plus years and am looking forward to a very fun and well organized event.
