Troy,

Thanks  for answering the question. I haven't been on for awhile do to being in Sunriver.

Its not a bad idea if you think about it. I bet you could get enough club members to start a paper club on their own to fish these events

a paper club is a club that exist only on paper.  they hold no meetings, no tournies, no nothing.  they are strictly there to qualify its members for fishing such things as BASS or FLW qualifiers.

Kent used to be a large club. What they have 5 members now a days?? They used to be one of the most competitive clubs in the state. The last I had heard Joe Jacoby, Shawn McConvile, Rick Innocenti were in the club. Good way to get into the qualifiers. A better way I would think is to start your own paper club like many clubs do.

Some of the clubs only send 10 people per club. They qualify by finishing in the top ten in there club events. But as long as you and your non-boater are members of that club,  you can buy in with the state federation.

Look forward to seeing you guys out there.
FLW and BASS both have good schedules.

I am going to fish the FLW Qualifiers as a boater and Jon Werner is going to be my Non-Boater Partner.

Thomas, You and Patrick are fishing?

well thomas from my understanding you have to me a member of a flw affiliated club to fish the qualifiers.  on the state fed website i think they have links to which clubs are affiliated.
