Now there is a nice rig!!! My cherokees' have treated me and my other very well and besides a couple sets of brakes and afew miscelaneous parts over the years, mine has 380,000+ on it and Connies has 254,000 on it and while mine is "getting tired" it still gets 19-21 around town and 16-17 pulling the boat. If you ever have any questions about it don't hesitate to ask! Congrates on the new rig, and on the smoking price!!! Cheesy

Should get better mileage than the 6.0 powerstroke, but its not like a Geo or anything

yeah it is 4X4 but I also want to keep the mileage down on the big truck.

Larry, I think you will find that diesel will get better mileage than the cherokee. I would be surprised if it was better. Is the cherokee 4wd? Russ

With gas coming down in price and deisel getting cheaper.....it just makes sense that I would finally get the commuter rig to save money! The best rig $700 could buy and the body is pretty straight! A 1988 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4X4 automatic. it will be in the shop on Monday for brakes and fluids and be running me to work for hopefully the next few years!
