here is some information I received from larry Goetz, who attended the meeting Wednesday that i talked about at the club meeting.

"I attended the meeting tonight in GC and it was very informative.  Basically it is finishing the 3rd phase of the Columbia Basin project that was started 70 years ago.  No decisions have been made yet and it may take 3 years or more before anything will be decided upon, but there will be many meetings for public input.  Here is a website that has all present information.  Bookmark this site for future info.
