thanks brian thats what i was wondering.  nick ya the unit itself only holds 1000 waypoints in storage so if you had more or it breaks bye bye waypoints.

On my lms 320 iv'e been running a 16mb card and I have close to a 1000 + waypoints and several routes on it. Wink

I dont know exactly about running a memory card, but you should get a Navionics HOTMAPS SD Card. It will give you great underwater mapping and you will be able to save so many waypoints you will not know what to do with yourself.
You can get them for $150 or so.

what size memory cards are u guys running in your graphs?  kinda curious how many waypoints and routes i can hold on these things.
