Talk about lucky. The weather turned out to be a mixture of light wind, sun and just a couple of rain showers early, and light wind and sunshine after about 10 am, so it was a great day to be out on the water.

We had 7 boats and 2 backseaters. Thanks to Henry and Angie, Jose, Mark B, Larry, Faz and Troy for coming out. We were also happy to have Rob and Rodney, who are checking out the club, come out with their boats to join us.

The fishing was so-so. Mark B had to leave early, but I heard he had two smallies in the 2 lb + range. Troy had a couple in that range. I had one for 1.25 lbs and Larry caught several little ones and some good perch.

Larry is going to cover the December fish-in, so this was my last one for the year.

Thanks again to everyone for your support throughout the year!
