Larry,

I was just thinking about that. You won't see me down there unless Madero's wants me to pilot my boat that direction.

Watch out the last two Champions of the Chelan event are gunning together on this one. Wink Wink Wink

Wow it sounds like it is going to be a tuff bite. I guess the fish haven't gone on the feed bag like they did in July for me. Hmmmmm, maybe I should reevaluate my weight guess.

Nope, going to stick with the 40lbs for two days.

I'm going out o a limb and say 25lbs for both days, not that I'm not planning to catch more than that, but I'm trying to be conservative......no reason....... Wink Roll Eyes

Mike,

You obviously haven't fished Chelan and seen the 5-8+ lb smallies swimming in there. Back in July I stuck over 40lbs in 2 days there. You never know it could happen in September if it is on fire like last trip there.

Russ.... 40 Lbs? Come on Russel. Maybe if we were at Clear Lake Ca in April. I say Henry wins with 29 lbs and Angie is a close second with 28.99999999999999999.

Good luck over there and as Thayne would say "Ripalip" for me.

Doug,

That would be in Mexico only. Less the smallies of coarse.

I remember back in the day when you could catch 7 lbers on back to back casts,  10lb smallies were common.  I don't know how many key 12 lbers I lost at the boat.
