Hey Russ, I found two disposable Bar-B-Que trays i will have there too.....I just picked up a canopy for the truck...Great Deal on Craigslist for $100.00 and fits the rig like a dream...fix the lock...add mattress and instant camper!!!

I will bring one, I was taking a small one anyways.  If ya'll need me to I will bring the larger one.  It will not be any trouble, just wondering. 

Picked up all the stuff for the Pico de Gollo and some cheese today.

Anita and I will be headed out in the morning,  I am very excited, and looking forward to all the tall tales.

Okay here is the skinny,

The meat cost us 5.99/lb. So it will run about $4.50-$5/person with Tortilla which I am throwing in myself. So I was little off on my math figuring most of us guys will eat over a 1/2lb of meat each.

I just picked up close to 19lbs of Skirt Steak and this should be enough.

All I need now is an idea of how many grills we will have??????
