I personally and think everyone had a great time.  Daryll, WOW!  What til pics are up of that thing.   Shocked  I didn't catch one but Russ finally did at 5, a 4-8.  I hooked it twice, but couldn't seal the deal as it went under the dock and came off both times and Russ finally got her.  Must have been on a bed, but couldn't see it.  I really like that lake. 
I haven't been to a fish-in in a couple of years and Stu runs a fine event.  Great turnout.  Thanks,

Well for those of you that didn't make it you miss an awesome day! We had 8 boats and 17 anglers and lots of fun. While there were several bass in the 3-4lb range and 1at 5lbs, Darrel stepped out and took big fish again with a 8lb. 4oz. toad largemouth!! Shocked Cool then to top it off Stu served a lunch that was 2nd to none, it was very "top notch"  Way to be Stu!! Can''t wait til next month! Wink Smiley

Man if my boat wasn't blocked in this morning I would prolly be on my way to Lawrence right now instead of at work watching the clock. Looks like its going to be an awesome day. Maybe if the weather holds I can get some time on Steilacoom this evening after all the famn damliy leaves.(BBQ for daughter  Wink ).

Andrea told us tonight that the Arches IS open. They just moved farther out by a few blocks past the Roy Y. So follow the directions to the Arches below, but go past he old location and left on Hwy 7 a few blocks further. Thanks, Andrea!

Meet at the launch at 6:30 am. You still need to go past the Arches, so the directions below still apply.

Directions to The Arches: 18001 Pacific Ave S
SPANAWAY, WA 98387

OPTION 1:
♦ I-5 toward TACOMA/PORTLAND. 33.7 miles (From Seattle)
♦ Take the WA-512 E exit- exit number 127- toward SOUTH TACOMA
WAY/PUYALLUP. 0.1 miles
♦ Merge onto WA-512 E toward SOUTH TACOMA WAY. 2.2 miles
♦ Take the WA-7/PACIFIC AVE. exit toward PARKLAND/SPANAWAY.
0.3 miles
♦ Turn RIGHT onto PACIFIC AVE S/WA-7 S. 4.4 miles
♦ End at 18001 Pacific Ave S Spanaway WA

OPTION 2: Come South on Hwy 167, merge
onto Hwy 512, follow to take the WA-7/
PACIFIC AVE. exit toward PARKLAND/
SPANAWAY. This exit has a tight right
curve . At the stop sign at the end of the exit,
turn left and take another left onto PACIFIC

♦ Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto WA-507 /
SPANAWAY MCKENNA HWY.
Continue to follow WA-507. 13.1 miles to
Yelm
♦ From Yelm, take Hwy. 507 S on Bald
Hills Rd. SE approx. 1.4 mi
♦ W on Vail Loop Rd. . 5.5 mi;
♦ E .5 mi on Lindsey Rd. SE
♦ S 1 mi on Pleasant Beach Rd. SE.
