Meridian should be on fire in a couple of weeks and 3-4lbers will be your average fish.

Ramps at Lake Meridian are open.  Fished there after work last week, Thurs and Friday.  Water temp Thurs was about 52.  Friday it was about 55.  I would have bet against that and lost the farm.
