While their geography skills are definitely embarassing, it is a reputable news source, and I doubt the story is a lie.

Also note that Lake Mead has apparently moved from Nevada / Arizona to California.  Funny, I find it hard enough to move my butt from the couch to the fridge for a cold one.  Little lone picking up the largest dam in the world and moving a couple hundrad miles.  Man that Arnold Schwazenegger is one strong dude. Shocked  I call bull shit on this story.
