You're right, Smitty. It such a ridiculous "promo" with no basis whatsoever. Only a total moron who know's zilch about outboards would believe it. It's so insulting to our intelligence it's hilarious! It makes the marketing dept. at Evinrude look pretty stupid if you ask me.
