Best way to get those flies out on a bait caster is open the spool hold the rod tip straight up & push the throttle to the floor.

I have to agree with you Larry. Although I know the parents mean well. The fly fisherman's belt/tackle holder thing doesn't do much for me. I actually got some flies once. They are hard to throw on baitcasters  Smiley

I have asked for rods and reels for years and have never gotten one for Christmas. Is that jacked or what? I did get some lures form my dad one year. I usually get other cool stuff though. I got my hunting dog for Christmas this year, a nice watch and of course some clothes.

1 bobble head here. My kid got it for me when we went to Bass Pro shops in Florida. She's sneaky I never even saw her get it.
