You are not kidding about Carlos snoring! My god, I thought the walls on my camper were coming down when we were at the Potholes Memorial Day weekend!
Way to go Carlos.

I do want to apologize to Dave for having my cell turned off, as it is apparent that he tried to contact me. I need to have the sucker turned on!! I am not surprised by the actions of our TD and the club members present. What a great representation of our club values. Others may not have handled this situation with such grace and dignity. Thanks for making me proud of WBC.

Ya got me on that one Smitty...I definitely ended up with some brain damage....I also will need to see my audiologist sometime soon from the Poulan chainsaw Carlos pulled out of his sleeping bag once his head hit the pillow. LOL
All kidding aside, this tournament was a lot of fun despite the light turnout. Lyle's Tri Tip steaks were spectacular, the weather great, and the camping accomodations were excellent.
On another note, Jim Ruman did another great job running our tournament. He showed professionalism and ethics in giving his buddy, and nearest competitor (Dave Jarrell) directions via his cell phone after Dave got disoriented as to where the launch site actually was. Jim calmly gave Dave the proper heading which helped Dave arrive only two minutes late. It would have been much longer had Jim not answered his cell phone. That two minutes unfortunately cost Dave the tournament but it could have been much worse had Jim not helped him out.
It just goes to show you that nice guys don't finish last.

The only yelling I heard between Bob and Carlos was by Bob. ??? He was yelling for fresh air and trying to escape the noxious toxic fumes emitted from the sleeping bag of Carlos.

Way to go Ruman for the win. Man were we all off on the weights. Did I hear 17lbs took it? Must have been a tough bite.

Carlos, you and the rest may just have a chance to win now that the
MOJO MASTER
is absent. I say 27lbs will take the tourney.
Good Luck to those who get to go.

But if you or mister no go were to show I'd be more than happy to slap you girls around! he he he Oh by the way I will be yelling but it will be at Bob to get the net!

Carlos,
I am not even sure if that was smack talk you just gave out. If it was, it was some of the most depressing I have ever seen. If only I was going... C'mon, give us some more details. Who are you going to slap? What are you going to yell at people as they bow at your feet?
But I will participate in this post like I am supposed to. My guess is 31 pounds 1 ounce to win. Big fish at 6 pounds 4 ounces (largemouth).

29.5 lbs to win. Make sure you take along some band aids, you might have to land one of the toothy boys
