Hawkeye is right, Long lake will be a zoo. Its fun though for me, because I'm used to fishing Lake WA every weekend. Wakeboard boats are nothing compared to cruiser wakes. Everyone have fun on the 4th.

I live 5 minutes away from Long Lake in Kitsap County and I can tell you it is a nightmare there with the skiers and pleasure boats this time of year. I stopped by there Sunday and you could not even find a place to park. Stay away!!! My advice would be Lake St. Clair in Lacey.
Think Bass!!

Long Lake in Kitsap Co. should be good...maybe one of the least occupied too.

Lake Morton is a good bet. No skiers or jet skiers. Other lakes would be St. Clair off old Nisqually HWY. No skiers on largest side of lake tons of docks, 50-100 fish days. Senko's grubs, etc work great here caught a 7+ there about 10 years ago. Russ

Hello Everyone
My friend is visiting from home, and would like to catch something decent tomorrow. He got me started on bass fishing, so I would like to return the favor now.
We are in King county but dont want to deal with too much water traffic, like skiers and what not.
He is looking to catch something decent like 1 - 2 lbs.
