Again, nice job Mike. Yeah having that kicker would have put you guys right there. Sometimes it just happens that way. I'm definately not saying you should have done this or that, I haven't done well there early at all....I'm curious though if your bait selection changed to try to entice a bigger fish?

Thanks all

It was a really, really tough tourny. But one of my favorites.

We ended up with 14.73. Jr was 2nd with 15.7 and Frank White was first with mid 16. We tried everything to cull out our small fish (1.7) but couldn't. It would have been different finish if we could have lost that one. Oh well. Still kinda bothers me though. We were the only top finishers that did not weigh in a big fish either. All the other guys had a nice kicker in the 4's or 5's. All of ours, but the one, were just solid fish. I think we culled 7 out to get what we had. Lots of guys with 2 or three fish. Lots of small fish.

Wish more people were there to rep. WBC.

Maybe next year. This coming weekend is the "open" put on by Hog hunters. That will be another good one. I will not be albe to do that one though.

Congrats to all the guys at Silver.

Mike
