How about that!  Embarrassed Shocked They didn't usta, and I went to their color chart, and didn't spot either one. It's a good color, but I'll repeat...it doesn't matter. Any of a dozen colors would suit me just fine. So add #176 to the list. There is just no reason to have every color.  8)

Steve,

I went into Outdoor Emporium today. It's a great place - only 12 blocks from my office in downtown Seattle and a pretty good bass selection. The people there were really nice and also told me that they will be expanding their bass selection over the next few months.

On the 176's, I have to respectfully disagree...

Yamamoto makes the 4" and 5" Senkos in 176. Auburn and Sportco both carry them. I'm not sure about the 6".

Powerworm, they stock DS weights, but there are several cheaper options.  As for the #176 Senkos, Yamamoto doesn't make Senkos in that color. If you don't like #297, try #240, or #150. There are at least a dozen colors that I would be perfectly happy to use, almost anywhere. It's not that big a deal, really. C&R, Steve

I didn't remember about it until 2:30pm  Angry.  Glad it was a good seminar.  Do they keep drop shot weights and 176 Senko's in stock?  I'm getting tired of making trips to Auburn Sports and Marine  Tongue.

My buddy and I went up to the Outdoor Emporium Bass Clinic today. I was amazed at the quantities of door prizes, good deals, and hospitality. Hot dogs, pop, etc. I won another G.Loomis rod! Used that as a downpayment on a G.Loomis crankbait rod that I'd been lusting for ever since Phil Hudgens let me try one of his'n. They had Pfleuger Trions for $85! I almost  gotta admit they're pretty sweet. My pal Chris Gomez bought one, and a Lamiglass trigger stick. I saw Shin Tanaka there, an old WBC member, and talked to another guy that knew Frankie Chang, another old WBC guy. It was almost too cool!

The clinic itself was pretty good. There were some vacant  Shocked seats. The speakers were from WA Bass Assoc., a club up in the Everett area. It appears that they will have another clinic in May, and they have a big name pro or two scheduled for that one. I'd reely (sic) suggest attending. Their stock of bass tackle is getting to be pretty impressive. And I repeat...their new location is just SE of Safeco Field, whatever that is, on 4th Ave. So, just south of Filson's.
