Six "Pounders" seem like an obvious reward for a six pound bass. But we gotta introduce Mike W. to real beer.

A 6 pounder? I think a hearty handshake is in order!

I know about the other lakes Russ... Nice catch at that Potholes tournament, by the way
Just wondering about Banks Lake. I think Mike's is the biggest one caught there at a WBC tournament in a long time.

Chris,
The potholes tourney had two 5-10 Largies caught a couple of years ago on the same day. Russ

Laughing my YOU KNOW WHAT off...
Like Bob said, I just got back from fishing the Snake River last night. I figured there would be a fire storm of comment on this subject.
So - I will keep up my bet and bring drinks (beer and pop) to the Lake Roosevelt tournament. I'll even make it easy for everyone and bring it to the Saturday night Potluck.
Thanks a lot, Wolsky Maybe someone remembers differently, but that has got to be the biggest bass weighed at a WBC Banks tournament in 10 years.
Since Mike caught the bass and said he wants Coors Light, that will be the beer of choice. I will bring root beer for all of the other non-beer drinkers. Nothing better than an ice cold drinks in 100 degree August weather.
I lost two bets this weekend. I guess that means I should stay away from the casinos. But - I should be able to regain my confidence before the Roosevelt tournament!!!

Chris, I guess it's a keg of rootbeer, and one of Coors Light at Roosevelt.

I did not realize that you made that offer prior to this.
So........
I'll take a Coors lite. And anyone that does not want to cash theirs in, I'll take yours too. Why not? I caught the fish

Nick, sorry... no beer for you dude. I can see the headlines now : "WBC contributes to the delinquency of a minor!"
But look on the bright side, you can have all the Shirley Temples you like!

Chris is currently fishing the Snake River with Danny G. and isn't expected back until this weekend. Boy does he have a little surprise waiting for him next time he logs in to this site and reads the laundry list of people ready to cash in on that free round!
Just add me to the list Chris.....I'll take a Rootbeer!
Thanks Mike for throwing that buzzbait..you da man!
