Russ,

Dave has moved up north to Monroe, just past. I drove up there yesterday. It took 1:15. He lives way, way out.

We fished together the other day. Nothing though. He has been steelheading a lot. He plans on coming to the fish in next week.

On a funny note. It took three of us to peel him out of all the seats of the new boats at the sportsman show. He was on the edge of signing on a new Comanche, and a new Triton and a new Skeeter.

I am not sure if Greg will join or not. He looked into the Kent BassMasters last year but backed out last minute. I think he would enjoy this club a lot. Dave talkes to him more then I, and he tells me that he is pressing the idea. He has many good stories about his time served in San Diego in the marines. He got a ton of fishing in down there.

They seats work good, almost too good. If you are making any type of a long run you kinda get sweaty Undecided.
I went out for the first time today with Dave. We both got a limit of goose eggs. Saw a 5# on another boat and claimed they had released two 4# earlier. They released the 5# in front of us. I guess they had to wait a minute for the bladder to go down. I am not sure though. I'll be back out again Monday given her heck to catch my first fish.

Glenn,
Greg is not a new member but we hope that he joins, especially since he already has friends in the club.

Welcome to the board, Mike!  How's that Stratos of yours?  Bet those seat warmers come in handy this time of year.  Grin

Apologies, I should know this.... is Greg a new member?

First time I have posted on this forum. I think I have it figured out.

Greg told us about that fish he caught. Got me interested. I heard he ran into a couple guys from the club. Then I get on here and read about it.

I will be out in the morning given it a go.

Sherry and I went out to Sawyer yesterday and was approached by a gentlemen, he asked if we would take a picture of his fish a 4lb largemouth, of course we had to quiz him on how he got it and where. He told us that he caught in 10ft of water and on a spinner bait in 44 degree water.  By accident at the boat.

Greg thanks for the info and hope to see you around the club.
Turns out that Greg knows Mike Wallaski (sorry if I speeled it wrong Mike) and Dave Hendrickson (again sorry if I miss spelled it Dave)

Nice fish Greg way to go
