Ooh... uh, let's start a new thread on this, k?  I don't want people to get confused over all the items Virgil got last year vs. what we're doing this year.

To whom it may concern...  Who, when and where should we turn in or turn over items for the year end raffle?

Last month I was In Albuquerque, New Mexico and missed our last General meeting.  Did raffle tickets get passed out?  How might I go about getting a block of twenty to start selling if they were?

Chris (Sergeant....spelled with an E) are you the man to see about obtaining tickets?

The year end potluck/raffle/ awards party is coming up, every one has been asked to try and get items to raffle off so we have a fun and successful raffle table.
I want to introduce to you, and to give alittle free advertisment to the "Longhorn Barbecue" of Auburn, we had our board meeting there last night for the first time.
I showed up a few min. early and after picking out our meeting place I went to see the manager and explained to him who we were and what we were doing and would they would like to or consider donating a gift certificate for a raffle.....?
Well one of the raffle prizes on the table will be a dinner for two (about $25-30) from the Longhorn Barbecue in Auburn.
So please think of them next time your wondering whats for dinner. Oh ps. they also have take out......see you at the potluck!
