The Jamboree is this upcoming weekend Memorial Day weekend Saturday through Monday. Those who have not fished this before, non covid years there's usually 80 boats a hundred and fifty people. It's very fun and laid-back but with the atmosphere of a big-time tournament with microphones and a digital readout for weights. Usually 3 flights of boats. It's at Banks Lake and it's basically Club versus club. We won this against 11 other clubs a couple years ago and it really is a fun time blast off at 9 a.m. one day and we sit around drink in bull crap most of the weekend. There needs to be a minimum of 10 members otherwise the club has no shot of winning even though this trip is more about just having fun and a good experience. I know of five or six of us going hopefully more people want to come and hang out.

Hope to see u there larry!! This year won't be like past years because of covid but there's usually a fantastic raffle with lots of prizes, guest speakers, little events for everybody. Kids contests too. But at the very least this year it's a great place for the club to hang out and get to know one another and enjoy each other's company
