Its time for the Fishing Kids event on Lake Wa. and we need volunteers to help the kids fish!!!
Friday evening we need folks to help set up 600-700 rods and reels at Gene Coulon park launch where the net pen will be set up and then Saturday the 3rd. we need folks to actually help the kids fish.
Bring a set of pliers and clothes that can handle trout blood and stuff... a towel to help hold the fish is a good thing too.
Bring a lunch as they will have doughnuts and coffee but lunch is on you. they usually do 1 hour lunch break but you will not have a parking spot if you leave to get lunch..

See you guys for breakfast at 5:30 at the Denny's off 405, I believe it's exit 7.  Be sure to bring pliers and a rag to wipe your hands on.  Sunscreen is usually good although the weather forecast doesn't look particularly hot or sunny, couldn't hurt.  I can't make the Friday night rod prep.

When I finished my last call I went on Google Maps, Gene Colon Park was 15 miles away, travel time 40 minutes.  My house was 26 miles with a travel time of 52 minutes. Went home, see you all in the morning.
