WBC Booth at Cabela's

Sat:8-6
Sun:9-4

It is a high traffic event to help promote our club and tell people about what we love to do. Also, we will have a Keelshield up to raffle, so it will give us a little $$ too.

I will have the list up tomorrow of the Times and people who are scheduled to work.

Chris, any flyer that explains what the club is all about, some of our activities (Seminars, Fish-ins, Tournaments, etc.), pictures, and club schedule would be great. If you send it to me, I can probably get it printed bulk at school.

Glenn, we are having a booth at Cabela's Great Outdoors Days to help promote the club, we are also selling raffle tickets for the Keelshield that got donated. We need more people to help with staffing the booth.

I had a chance to work on a flyer today. Please look in the Members Only section for an image of it. I decided to make it in black and white so it can print out nicely on any printer. Nick - I'll email this to you soon so you can print it.

Me, Smitty and My mom went down there and talked to the Events manager for literally an hour.

There will be various other booths from different manufacturers and guides, there will only be 1 other bass club there, which will be Mark Byrne with the Bass Federation Nation. This event is like their mini-sportmans show.

Also, it would be great if you could bring in your favorite rod and reel combo and bait, or something to show prospective members.
