Dave Altier at Coulee Playland says that with the mild weather...even there!, they still have smallies biting like crazy and for some reason the Burbot bite is going nuts....I think the burbot are fresh water Lings are'nt they? also he says there is a great Perch bite and he too is not happy with this Largemouth restriction in tournaments.
